What is LED?
We offer our customers a wide choice of lamps, ceiling lights, suspensions, chandeliers and wall lights with LED technology which is revolutionizing the world of lighting today. LEDs consume few electricity and have a life span between 20,000 hours and 30,000 hours. With 3 hours of use per day, they can last for more than 20 to 30 years.

If malfunction occurs, the problem will probably come from the transformer, which can be easily changed.

What are the most economical light bulbs?

If you would like to save electricity, choose among our selection of LED bulbs. LED bulbs are currently the most economical bulbs on the market.

Can I call you for advice before a purchase?
We remain at your disposal! But remember to check the information found on the product page to the right of the image and bottom of the image "Learn more." They can be useful: remember to inquire about the size, color and type of bulb (LED, halogen ...), if provided or not. The product photos can also help you decide, so feel free to look at them all.

Do the light fixtures come with installation instructions?

The luminaires that require special mounting are always attached with assembly instructions. However, some light fixtures are recommended to be performed by specialized technicians. For questions regarding the installation of the lamps, you can also contact our customer service on

What is the warranty period?

All our products are guaranteed at least 1 year from the order validation. Some products carry an extended warranty. In these cases, the terms and duration of the guarantee are specified in the order form included with the product. It does not cover any damage, breakages or malfunctions resulting to non-compliance to the precautions for use. 


I can't finalize my order, what can I do?

How can I receive my invoice?

During the validation of your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you with your invoice attached.

How to order a product which is out of stock?

With which carrier do you work?

Packets containing lamps and luminaires are delivered via post by DPD. For very large deliveries, we use a carrier and clients must provide a signature upon delivery.

It is unfortunately not possible to set a specific time for delivery. If you are not present during the day, please indicate an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, neighbours, etc.

How is my order progressing?

After your order, you will automatically receive an email with the details of your order and the invoice.

Then, once the package is shipped and delivered to the carrier, you will receive a second email containing a tracking link and a tracking number.

Thanks to the tracking link, you will be able to follow the delivery steps of your package.

You will also receive notifications from the carrier directly to notify you of the imminent delivery of your package. 

how do I track my delivery?

Right after your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your package here or by calling 0 810 821 821 (calls charged at the local rate from a landline).


Which payment methods are available?

We offer 3 completely secure means of payment: Visa / Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.

I have a discount voucher, how to use it?

When you reach the "Shopping Cart" or "Finalize Order" step, a "Promo Code" space will appear at the top of the total amount of your order.

Fill in the code to be able to use your discount.

Please, check carefully the conditions of use of the discount voucher (validity period, minimum amount, number of possible uses, etc...).

Is the payment secure?

Yes, we do not store any bank details on our website. 


How to return a product?

We accept any return within 14 days from the date of delivery and the return shipping fees are at your charge.
