What is LED?

We offer our customers a wide choice of lamps, ceiling lights, suspensions, chandeliers and wall lights with LED technology, revolutionising the lighting world today. LEDs consume less electricity and have a life span between 20,000 and 30,000 hours. With about 3 hours of daily use, they can last more than 20 to 30 years. If a malfunction occurs, the problem will probably come from the transformer, which can be easily changed.

What are the most energy efficient light bulbs?

If you would like to save electricity, choose among our selection of LED bulbs. LED bulbs are currently the most economical bulbs on the market.

Can I contact you for advice before a purchase?

We remain at your disposal! But remember to check the information found on the product page to the right and below the pictures. They can be helpful: remember to inquire about the size, colour and type of bulb (LED, halogen ...), if provided or not. The product photos can also help you decide, so feel free to look at them all. However, if you are still hestistant, we are available Monday to Friday from 8 to 11 am and 12:30 to 4:30 pm at 020 3445 5089 or by email at info@kosilight.uk, so do not hesitate to contact us!

Do the light fixtures come with installation instructions?

The luminaires that require special mounting are always delivered with assembly instructions. However, we recommend calling an electrician for some of our more complex light fixtures. For questions regarding the installation of the lamps, you can also contact our customer service at info@kosilight.uk.

What is the warranty period?

All our products are guaranteed for at least one year from the order validation. Some products carry an extended warranty. In that case, the terms and duration of the guarantee are specified in the order form included with the product. The guarantee does not cover any damage, breakages, or malfunctions resulting from non-compliance with the precautions for use. 

ORDER

I am not able to finalise my order.

If you have a problem that prevents you from validating your delivery or payment method, please email us at info@kosilight.uk with as many details as possible, such as the browser you are using, your device, and a screenshot of the page where you are encountering difficulties.

Our support team will reply within 48 hours and help you finalise your order.

How can I receive my invoice?

During the validation of your order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you with your invoice attached.

If you have not received it, we can contact us by email at info@kosilight.uk.

I am a professional customer or a business, how do I get in touch your B2B service?

Professional (designer, interior designer...) or business (restaurant, hotel, shop, trade...) of all sizes, you can reach our to our B2B service at info@kosilight.uk for any project or purchase. We strive to offer:

- instant pick-up from our warehouse (subject to availability) or on order as soon as possible

How to order a product which is out of stock?

Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship the same day. However, if a product is out of stock, don't hesitate to contact us at info@kosilight.uk

DELIVERY

Which carrier do you work with?

Parcels containing lamps and luminaires are delivered via post by DPD. We use a carrier for very large deliveries, and clients must provide a signature upon delivery.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to set a specific time for delivery. If you are absent during the day, please indicate an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, neighbours, etc.

Where is my order?

After you order, you will automatically receive an email with your order details and invoice.

 

Once the package is shipped and handed to the carrier, you will receive a second email containing a tracking link and a tracking number.

 

Using the tracking link, you will be able to follow the delivery status of your package.

 

You will also receive direct notifications from the carrier, which will notify you of the imminent delivery of your package. 

How do I track my delivery?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package here or by calling 0121 275 0500 (calls are charged at the local rate from a landline).

PAYMENT

Which payment methods are available?

We offer 3 completely secure means of payment: Visa / Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.

I have a discount voucher, how can I use it?

When you reach the "Shopping Cart" or "Finalize Order" step, a "Promo Code" space will appear at the top of your order's total amount.

Fill in the code to use your discount.

Please carefully check the discount voucher's conditions (validity period, minimum amount, number of possible uses, etc...).

Is the payment secure?

Yes, we do not store any bank details on our website. 

RETURN AND REFUND

How to return a product?

We accept any return within 14 days after delivery, and the return shipping fees are at your charge.
