Returns and refunds


We accept any return within 30 days from the date of delivery and the return shipping fees are at your charge.

Please fill in the return sheet and enclose it with the parcel. Get the printable return sheet.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and packaging your item with care to ensure a safe return to the support centre. Please be aware that any postage charges incurred by returning your item to us will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return of the item to us.

If you want to save time, you can email us at to receive a prepaid return label. We charge £20 for this service and will deduct the amount from your refund afterwards.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. We will issue the refund to the original form of payment as soon as we receive your return.


If you wish to cancel a previously confirmed order, this is possible if the package has yet to be shipped. You can contact our customer service to check if this is the case. If the order has already been shipped, the order will have to be sent back by you and the refund will not include the cost of returning the product. 


Customer satisfaction is our top priority! However, we are never immune to exceptional breakages or errors. In this case, don't worry. Our customer service is at your disposal. You have 14 days after receiving your order to contact us. Simply send an e-mail with a clear picture or video of the problem and our team will offer you a solution.

We will take care of the cost of returning the product. We will repair or exchange it as soon as possible.

However, if you wish to return the product and be reimbursed despite the solutions proposed by our customer services, we will consider your request as a regular return. The return costs will then be at your expense.
