  • How to order online?

Once your researches done and your lighting chose, indicate the desired product quantity then click on “Add to cart”. Your cart will be shown at the top of the page. It contains the purchased article(s). If you would like to continue your shopping, you can click on “Continue Shopping”. If you would like to edit your purchase, click on “Proceed to checkout” then delete or change the quantity.

However, if you want to continue your purchase, simply click on "Proceed to checkout". You will be asked to complete a form (remember to give your exact contact information so we can contact you in case of problems and to deliver your order to the correct address). Select a payment method among those accepted by Kosilight.uk and recheck your order. To finalize your order click "OK"; you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  •   Can I call you before a purchase for advices?

We remain at your disposal! But remember to check the information found on the product page to the right of the image and bottom of the image "Learn more." They can be useful: think to inquire about the size, color and type of bulb (LED, halogen ...), if provided or not. The product photos can also help you make your choice so feel free to look at them all.

  • With which parcel distributor do you work?

Packets containing lamps and luminaires are delivered by post via Royal Mail. For very large deliveries, we use a carrier and packages are delivered to the client against signature.


It is unfortunately not possible to set a specific time for delivery. If you are not present during the day, please indicate an alternative delivery address, such as your workplace, to neighbors, etc.


  • What are the most economical bulbs?

We offer our customers a wide choice of lamps, ceiling lamps, chandeliers and wall lamp LED that revolutionize the world of today fixtures.

  • Does the light fixtures have installation instructions?

The luminaires that require special mounting are always attached with assembly instructions. However, some light fixtures are recommended to be performed by specialized technicians.   • What are the rates and delivery time?

  • What are the payment terms?

We offer 3 completely secure means of payment: Visa / Mastercard, PayPal and bank transfer.


  • What is the warranty period?

All our products are guaranteed at least 1 year from the order validation. Some products carry an extended warranty. In these cases, the terms and duration of the guarantee are specified in the order form included with the product. It does not cover any damage, breakages or malfunctions resulting to non-compliance of the use precautions.


  • How to order a product out of stock?

All our products are usually in stock and ready to ship the same day. However, if a product is out of stock, please contact us at 020 3445 5089 or email info@kosilight.uk


  • How to return merchandise?

You have a right of withdrawal during 14 days from the receipt of your order. During those 14 days, if the product received does not satisfy you, please return it to us by post (Colissimo) at the following address: KOSILUM, 120 allée des érables, 93420 Villepinte, FRANCE. Upon receipt of your package back in our office, a refund of your order or credit will be offered.
