You will find below every informations you need to know about how to return, exchange your order and to be refunded.
You are free to return your order under 14 days, after receiving your package.
If you have finally changed your mind about your product(s), you can call us : 020 3445 5089 (or send us an email at : email@example.com) to let us know that you don't want your package anymore. We will then inform you how to proceed to the refund.
You must add and fill the Return Form in the original package. Once we receive your products back and the Return Form, we will proceed with the refund under 14 days.
Cancelling an order is also possible. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can call us : 020 3445 5089 or send us an email : firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has been already shipped, the refund will not take in charge your return fees.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can modify it by calling us, send us a message through the Chat or an email. You can modify your order only if the products have the same value. Otherwise, an extra must be added by placing a second order. If your order has been shipped, you will have to pay the return fees.
We are very concern about our customers satisfaction. We are not free from any breaks or mistakes. In that case, if you notice that your package arrives damaged or the products are wrong, please, call us or send us an email under 7 days after the reception of the order.
You will just have to send us a picture about what is wrong and our team will help you solve it.
We will of course take in charge the return fees. We will repair your product or exchange it as fast as we can.
